PRIVATE LESSONS

Information and Cost:

Private Lessons with Senshido Founder Richard Dimitri: $100 an hour / per person - (30 Minute introductory fee - $45) - 12 HOURS FOR $1000.

Private Lessons with any certified Senshido Instructor: $75 an hour / per person - (30 Minute introductory fee - $40)

• Discounts available for long term Private Memberships only, details to be discussed in person.

Senshido T-shirt mandatory for group classes only. You are responsible for your own equipment (Bag Gloves, wraps, mouthpiece, etc.)

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PRIVATES:

1. It is mandatory to take a minimum of 1 private lesson a week. Any canceled lessons (unless canceled by Senshido Inc.) will have to be made up the following week; I.e. 2 lessons, or the lesson is lost.
   
   
2. Cancellations for a private are to be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the lesson. Any cancellations made later will result in the loss of the private.
   
   
3. Privates are to be scheduled and paid for a minimum of 2 days/ 48 hours in advance.
   
   
4. If Senshido cancels your private, it is to be rescheduled for the following week if possible and is never considered lost.
   
   
5. Senshido reserves the right to cancel a private at any time or at a moment's notice.
   
   
6. Lateness on a private will be deducted from your hour. I.e. if you show up 15 minutes late, your private lesson will be 45 minutes. 15 minutes late or more and you lose your private.
   
   
7. Any no show or last minute cancellations will count as a private.
   
   
8. While taking Privates, if your deal includes FREE access to the group classes (depending on your level) it is mandatory to wear the Senshido T-shirt. No T-shirt - No group class.
   
   
9. You are responsible for purchasing your own equipment (Gloves, mouthpiece, hand wraps etc.)
   
   
10. For your benefit, Senshido reserves the right to pair you up with another private who is at your level of expertise (give or take). This gives the instructor a greater ability to monitor your progress than if you were working with the instructor alone. We cannot watch you and train with you simultaneously while giving you first rate instruction.
